方徐兵，男，中共党员，南京师范大学应用经济学博士。主要研究兴趣为数字经济、制度经济、能源经济与环境政策、区域可持续发展、国际直接投资、企业创新等。Technological Forecasting and Social Change（ABS 3），Structural Change and Economic Dynamics（ABS 2），Journal of Environmental Management（ABS 3），Renewable Energy，Technological And Economic Development of Economy，Journal of Environmental Planning And Management，Environment, Development and Sustainability，《科研管理》《外国经济与管理》《当代财经》《西南民族大学学报（人文社会科学版）》《财经科学》《经济问题探索》等中英文期刊发表20余篇论文（含通讯作者），其中SSCI/SCI等检索10篇。担任Technological Forecasting and Social Change，Journal of Environmental Management，Growth and Change，Economic Analysis and Policy，Technological and Economic Development of Economy，Technology Analysis & Strategic Management，Sustainability Accounting, Management and Policy Journal，Economics of Innovation and New Technology，Humanities and Social Sciences Communications等国外期刊匿名审稿人。
