刘毛桃，女，汉族，上海财经大学财税投资学院经济学博士。主要研究领域是数字经济、投资经济、绿色金融、制度经济、技术创新等。目前已在Technological Forecasting and Social Change（ABS 3），Structural Change and Economic Dynamics，Journal of Environmental Management，Renewable Energy，Technological And Economic Development of Economy，Journal of Environmental Planning And Management，《外国经济与管理》《科研管理》等中英文期刊发表19余篇论文（含通讯作者），其中SSCI/SCI等检索10篇。参与国家级社科项目和财政部课题若干，多次参与国内顶级学术会议。受邀担任Technological Forecasting and Social Change、Journal of Environmental Management、Technological and Economic Development of Economy等知名期刊的匿名审稿人。
