方徐兵，男，中共党员，南京师范大学应用经济学博士。主要研究领域是数字经济、制度经济、投资经济、能源经济与环境政策、创新经济、产业经济等。先后在Technological Forecasting and Social Change（ABS 3），Structural Change and Economic Dynamics（ABS 2），Journal of Environmental Management（ABS 3），Renewable Energy，Technological And Economic Development of Economy，Journal of Environmental Planning And Management，Environment, Development and Sustainability，Clean Technologies and Environmental Policy，《科研管理》《外国经济与管理》《统计与信息论坛》《当代财经》《西南民族大学学报（人文社会科学版）》《财经科学》《经济问题探索》《中国经济学》等中英文期刊发表20余篇论文（含通讯作者），其中SSCI/SCI等检索10余篇。担任Technological Forecasting and Social Change，Journal of Environmental Management，Growth and Change，Economic Analysis and Policy，Technological and Economic Development of Economy，Technology Analysis & Strategic Management，Sustainability Accounting, Management and Policy Journal，Economics of Innovation and New Technology等期刊匿名审稿人。
